Chester.  Chester Fried.  So doomed, yet dressed to impress in his western duds.  "Howdy Podner!" his waving wing implies.

He is even dumber than Golden Chick.  He actually bought a snazzy themed costume to wear to his own execution!  And, with a last name of "Fried", you'd think he'd have a clue.
